How is this different from business coaching or consulting?

Consulting often focuses on giving advice, solving business problems, or creating a plan for the company. My coaching focuses on the most important person in the law firm, the leader at the center of the firm.

Together, we look at how you think, decide, respond, lead, and define your value inside the firm. The work is designed to enable you to see the patterns that may be keeping you too central, so you can begin leading from a clearer CEO-level role.

I also bring lived experience as a former attorney and law firm owner. That means the coaching is grounded in the realities of legal training and practice, law firm leadership, client responsibility, and the identity shift many successful attorneys face as their role changes.
