What problems does coaching address?

My coaching supports law firm leaders work through the patterns that keep them overextended, reactive, or too involved in the day-to-day running of the firm.

That may show up as too many decisions flowing through you, difficulty stepping back from client work, a team that still depends heavily on your input, or a sense that the firm has grown but your role has not changed enough.

The work is not simply about time management, productivity, or delegation. Those things may be part of the conversation, but the deeper focus is the leadership role you are playing, the assumptions behind your decisions, and the personal evolution required to lead the firm differently.
